Base Site Fee :

For use of our entire space for up to 8 hours, including load-in (set up) and load-out (clean up) times.
Bar Packages :
Starting at $30pp++
These per-guest prices are all-inclusive and cover bartender, setup, glass rentals, etc. for a 4-hour event. No outside alcohol is allowed
Beer & Wine Packages, or Beer, Wine, & Signature cocktail(s).
Catering :
Starting at $65pp++
We have partnered with Mestizo Paella to serve as the in-house caterer, offering vibrant, flavorful dishes inspired by the fusion of cultures that define their brand. Their team works closely with clients to create custom menus that elevate any event.
If you prefer a different catering option, you are welcome to bring in your own caterer. Please note that outside catering is subject to a catering fee, and certain requirements must be met to ensure a seamless experience at our venue. Whether you choose Mestizo Paella or another culinary partner, we are committed to making your event extraordinary!
Parking
Street parking is available, although we suggest that your guests take cabs or rent a shuttle for the event.
There is also a garage 5 minutes away by foot that is open until 10 pm.

Music
You are welcome to hire a DJ or musician(s) for your event. Amps are fine, but the music can't go past 10 PM, per County Ordinance.
Cancellation Policy
Over 2 weeks' notice: 50% of deposit returned
Less than 2 weeks: 25% returned
Less than 7 days: No refund
